We offer a competitive fast service for Building design whether it is for a domestic extension or an Industrial Building.

All our design work is carried out on the latest Computer Aided Design packages in both 2D and 3D formats to meet with the Building Regulation Approved documents and the latest codes of practice. 

We continually update our library of building products and techniques to ensure that we offer the best advice incorporated into the design.

Should the proposals require an element of Structural Design then we work with a fully qualified Structural     Engineering practice and incorporate their design into the working plans.

We liaise with the Building Inspectors and Planning Officers to ensure that once the plans are submitted they proceed as quickly as possible. Any alterations or amendments requested, from any party , are dealt with quickly and efficiently to prevent delays.

Our initial visit is free when we will discuss and evaluate your requirements and then offer advice on the right method to achieve the best results within your budget.

Prior to carrying out any work on your behalf we will outline the fees, including those payable to the Local Authority and, if necessary, for Structural Engineer’s design and any other Consultants’ fees that may be required.
